Every project is different and brings new challenges. We listen to our clients so that we understand what they are hoping to achieve – then, using the experience that we have gained over many projects, we develop a level of trust that allows us to evolve each design stage, communicating closely with our clients so that at each step through the process there is a clarity that carries through from concept to completion.
It’s our job to make sure your commercial fit out or refurbishment really works for your company. Whatever the business needs for your interior fit out, we use our experience to make sure your project meets them.
Caufield and Kent Concepts (CKC) offers consultancy and advisory services (C&A) to both Commercial and Residential Clients. C&A services aim at ensuring that you do not surpass your budget and do not have any architectural or structural issues with your project. C&A services are provided at project initiation and revisited at multiple intervals throughout the duration of the project.
A well-designed landscape complements the interior and architectural features of a property, often with the interior aesthetic being carried through into the outside space, blurring the boundary between inside and out.
We take a thorough approach to each design project and the relationship and connection between the interior and exterior is key to the overall ambience.
Our network of architectural design partners bring together many years of experience creating beautiful bespoke architecture across a wide range of projects and styles, including classical, heritage, contemporary and cutting edge.
CKC deliver inspirational, personal interiors, created for each individual client. We are proud not to have a “house style”, we work closely with all our clients, taking great time and care to discover and nurture their aesthetic and lifestyle aspirations for their project.
